ICT as Medium for Advocacy"

  Information and Communications and Technology (ICT) has transformed almost everything in this world drastically. Communication became easier and can happen regardless of distance, data and information can be acquired effortless as there are bunch of search engines which we can use to gather and solicit necessary data, and even online shopping and delivery became possible, and transactions are now quicker and faster. 

 Even education and its system got affected by the emergence of ICT. ICT helped in improving education system all across the globe.  It increases the opportunities for education, and distance learning became possible and are now very useful which is currently being used in our educational system wherein students and teachers are teaching and learning at the same time apart from each other as the threat of deadly virus called COVID-19 still prevails.

 

 Before, national anthem was mostly  being sung at school but now it can be conducted through the means of internet. Jotting down notes on our notebooks was once popular but now, most of people take down notes with the help of their phone, they'll simply type the information needed and it's all done, and there are also features where they'll simply use their voice to write down notes without the hussle of using pen and notebook and without the hussle of misunderstanding their own handwriting. Visual aids in school was previously written on manila papers and postcards but PowerPoints are now the ones being used. Class record was formerly on pads and notebooks but internet made it possible to be written on online/offline documents. The assignments and research are now conducted online which was once being done with personal interaction, and even the whole class and class dismissal are now being conducted online.
